Soy and Ginger Dressing

This also comes from Brigitte Hafner in Melbourne's “The Age” Epicure Section Tuesday July 5th 2005. See also her recipe for Nam Jim Thai Dressing.

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp mirin
  • 10 drops sesame oil
  • 1 small knob of ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • juice of ½ a lemon

Mix everything together. Makes enough to serve 4 with fish or meat.
